Account Deletion Policy
If you wish to delete your Climato account and all related data, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Climato app.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm your deletion request.
Once confirmed:
- Your account and all personal data (name, email, favorites, chat history) will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- This process is instant and cannot be undone.
- We do not retain any user data after deletion.
